head shot
Michael O'Donovan
Michael has been implementing ECM and WCM solutions for Microsoft for many years, both abroad and in South Africa. He is now focusing his attention on driving the IW community and helping the South African Microsoft partners be great in the IW space. When not at work, you might find Michael in his garden, solving dog issues.
Robert MacLean
Robert spends his days in the research and guidance team at Barone, Budge & Dominick which enables him to be an early adopter for a number of technologies. His passion for sharing is not kept to work but is evident via his blog - www.sadev.co.za which covers a variety of topics. He has also spoken at a number of Microsoft events and can normally be found at any development event. And he has just been awarded Team System MVP status !! When not looking at development he spends his time cycling or relaxing with his wife.

Marc Lenferna De La Motte

Aka MarcL, Aka Marc Lenferna, Aka, Marc De La Motte... the list goes on.

From his earlier days of custom Intranet development on ASP Classic, he has streamlined his focus over the past couple of years to designing, developing and delivering Collaborative Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions based on the SharePoint platform across many various industry verticals. Employed by 3fifteen, he specialises in creating Content Management Solutions, developing custom features, creating workflows on Windows Workflow Foundation and K2, managing SharePoint and project governance, advising clients, training and educating, maintaining his MarcL blog, talking and presenting at local community events and trying to help people have happier lives. That’s by day; by night, he’ll be at a “SharePint” event or catching up with friends, relaxing at home or watching an entertaining TV show (Top Gear usually works!).

Hilton Giesenow

Focused primarily on Microsoft tools and technologies, he lives and works in Cape Town, South Africa as a principal consultant, software architect, and technical lead on enterprise and large-scale Internet projects.
