Michael O'Donovan
Michael has been implementing ECM and WCM solutions for Microsoft for many years, both abroad and in South Africa. He is now focusing his attention on driving the IW community and helping the South African Microsoft partners be great in the IW space. When not at work, you might find Michael in his garden, solving dog issues.

Zlatan Dzinic
Zlatan's primary role is an Enterprise Content Management Lead, System Architect/Lead Developer and an Enterprise Content Management/Enterprise Architecture Consultant, he also comes from an extensive Enterprise Content Management product background, including Business Intelligence, working, providing solutions and managing projects for the Public Sector (Local, Provincial and National Government) and also Corporate Sector (Mining, Retail, Telecommunications, Oil, Manufacturing, Banking and Tourism Industry) with a strong Business and Technical background. Mostly he is a Technical Lead/System Architect as well as Project Manager or a Best Practices Consultant on large Enterprise Content Management projects and Enterprise Strategy Initiatives, focusing  on Developing and Architecting Enterprise Content Management (DM/RM), including Business Process Management, Business Intelligence and Performance Management Solutions as well as Office Business Applications (full blown end to end enterprise industry solutions).
He's a guest speaker at International and National Microsoft Conferences and he also presents at Local Community events on the topics of Enterprise Content Management, SharePoint Server and Technologies, Business Intelligence and Office Business Applications.
Zlatan’s SharePoint work has been recognized by Microsoft in his position as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional.
Robert MacLean
Robert spends his days in the research and guidance team at Barone, Budge & Dominick which enables him to be an early adopter for a number of technologies. His passion for sharing is not kept to work but is evident via his blog - www.sadev.co.za which covers a variety of topics. He has also spoken at a number of Microsoft events and can normally be found at any development event. And he has just been awarded Team System MVP status !! When not looking at development he spends his time cycling or relaxing with his wife. 

Marc Lenferna De La Motte

Aka MarcL, Aka Marc Lenferna, Aka, Marc De La Motte... the list goes on.

From his earlier days of custom Intranet development on ASP Classic, he has streamlined his focus over the past couple of years to designing, developing and delivering Collaborative Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions based on the SharePoint platform across many various industry verticals. Employed by 3fifteen, he specialises in creating Content Management Solutions, developing custom features, creating workflows on Windows Workflow Foundation and K2, managing SharePoint and project governance, advising clients, training and educating, maintaining his MarcL blog, talking and presenting at local community events and trying to help people have happier lives. That’s by day; by night, he’ll be at a “SharePint” event or catching up with friends, relaxing at home or watching an entertaining TV show (Top Gear usually works!).

Hilton Giesenow
Hilton has been developing software professionally since 1997. Focused primarily on Microsoft tools and technologies, he lives and works in Cape Town, South Africa as a principal consultant, software architect, and technical lead on enterprise and large-scale Internet projects. With experience ranging across a wide variety of platforms, client types and locations, Hilton is a Microsoft MVP, a regional lead for S.A. Developer.net and InformationWorker.co.za and a regular author and speaker at professional, community and academic events and conferences. He also produces video content for MSDN and TechNet, and hosts a SharePoint podcast at http://www.TheMossShow.com/. You can find his random ramblings at http://hilton.giesenow.com/.
