"Upload Multiple Documents" option gone missing

One of my users has suddenly lots the "Upload Multiple Documents" option. What would cause this? He can only see the upload one document option on all the libraries. He is the only user to get this, the rest of us still have both options.

Hi Veronique

You should check whether the user has the Web Client enabled and started on their machine. You'll find this in the Start -> Administrative Tools -> Services.

The Web Client service enables WebDAV which is required to use the "Upload Multiple Documents" feature and other client integration capabilities like "Explorer View".
