Submit your Productivity Hub ideas
Further to the discussion in the Round Table session tonight, we are going to build a template designed by our community for use in organisations.  You'll be able to use the template as a training and/or evangelism site in your company.

Let us know what ideas you have so we can design a great basic template for you to build on once you've installed it.

Is there a template currently available to play with and make suggestions?

I think a lot of focus and emphasis should be placed on the Permissions side of things - Who should assign permissions, what type of permissions. And also, very little focus and emphasis has been placed on IRM (Information Rights Management) and IMP (Information Management Policies) Maybe a rundown on what these functions are and just how they can assist in securing business critical information. I think these are very closely related to Records management, yet when Records management gets mentioned - little or nothing gets said about IRM and IMP.

Also, design goals for SharePoint. Organizations should design MOSS with the end-state in mind and not just look at the short term and user adoption side. Penetration of sharepoint happens when people have something to look forward to...i.e. dont neglect telling the business about its internet/extranet capabilities when designing an intranet - there will come a time when expansion will be inevitable

So who's downloaded the hub and started using it?  Any feedback for the community?
