Hi, I know it's been a while, but are you still having this problem? I remember going through all the steps of creating a form and publishing it a number of times. There are different ways to complete this: - Publish directly to document library - Publish as web part - Publish via central administration and add as content type - View via XML Forms Web Part. Depending on the type you have decided to go for there are very specific steps that need to be completed (which I'm sure you are mostly aware of). The technology, although great, does need these steps to be completed in the EXACT correct order otherwise you will receive a number of funny errors.
