Excel Services #### Error
I have a user that keeps getting ##### results in her dashboard. This is her explanation :

"Using Excel Services to display a pivot table…If I save pivot table as collapsed, it displays on the page as collapsed all fine with no problems… But when I try to expand data on the dashboard, the column with the Variable % shows the figures as ######.

The same for visa versa… If I save the pivot table as expanded, it displays on the page fine with no problems… But when I collapse data, the column with Variable % shows the figures as ######.

To throw something else in the mix… not all of them change to #### some stay as figures, and some change to #### and then revert back to figures… and so on! I am testing with various dummy data – and the same thing is happening regardless of what figures I use. Once I have expanded or collapsed the dashboard on the SharePoint page it never recovers, the ### stay there… All the data in the pivot table is taken from a sheet in the same Excel document."

This is a screen dump of the problem she's having : http://twitpic.com/27t8sg

We've tried making the columns wider, making the font smaller, installing updates and it's still not working.

What could be the problem and how do we solve it?

Was this solved?

Last we spoke it was just the width of the columns wasnt wide enough and so widening it solved the problem. However it seemed more a problem that it didnt remember the widening and so when collapsing and re-expanding a row it would default back to the default width.

That was the last I heard too. I'll follow up. Why would it collapse the column width when collapsing the grouping though? That doesn't help.
